Holly is an executive coach with over twenty years of corporate leadership experience gained from a range of industries including Management Consulting, Financial Services and I.T. She spent 15 years in expat leadership positions in the United Kingdom and the USA for large global organisations including Accenture and Deutsche Bank with shorter periods of time spent in small privately held startups in various operational roles. Returning to Australia in 2013 Holly moved into Executive Coaching & Facilitation actively utilising her Masters of Psychology.
Holly works with CEOs and C-suite leaders and their teams to tweak their leadership to create vastly improved effectiveness.
